How do I place an order? Simply browse our shop, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely online.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Please contact us as soon as possible by phone (+44 7359 604919) or email (info@abacusbeads.com) and we’ll do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you deliver to? We currently deliver to the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland only.
How much does delivery cost? Delivery is free on all orders over £40. For orders under £40, standard rates apply:
UK & Northern Ireland: £3.85 (3–5 business days)
Republic of Ireland: £5.80 (4–6 business days)
Will I be charged import duty on orders to the Republic of Ireland? No — we do not charge duty on any Irish orders.
RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS
Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before buying, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
What if my order arrives damaged? If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@abacusbeads.com or call +44 7359 604919 and we’ll resolve it for you.

What types of beads do you stock? We stock a wide range including glass beads, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, acrylic, bone, wood, and metal beads, as well as charms, findings, thread, wire, chain, and jewellery-making tools and kits.
Are your semi-precious stones genuine? Yes, all our semi-precious beads are genuine natural stones.
How are bead quantities listed? Beads are sold by the strand or by pack quantity as shown on each product listing. The approximate bead count is included in the product description where applicable.
